Looking for a game that have come all the players, run, laugh, and, regardless of age, ability and also the weather? Kickball Rules! If you have not played since the fourth year (and not the best memories of these games physical education), do not worry. Kick Ball is easy to learn (again), and it is a great workout for the family.
Kickball Rules: How to Play
Kickball is similar to baseball. Rival teams compete in a golf game with three bases and home plate. Launcher for defense throws gently inflated rubber ball ( ) For team player kicking, trying to hit the ball, then move the basics. A defensive player can get an outsole reaching first in hand, to throw the ball with the ball, or directly to the wheel and hit him with it. The driver can not catch or touch the ball. Why is it fun for all ages
Kickball is easy is to learn and do not require much power or ability, so that children can play in preschool. If you are playing in your backyard or local park (vs official league game), you can easily find the rules set small in order to be successful to help. Try to shoot the ball when the plant, instead of throwing; it is easier to boot for children. You can also considered generous in the space-bases without giving up.
To play at home, you need a large flat space (the grass is safe, even if the game is slow). You may cones or other markers of bases to use the plate and the pitcher's mound, or take a series of rubber feet Baseball ( ). Or if a nearby school or park has a baseball field that is not used.

Our family is once a month, for all ages to play with several other families, and it is wonderful. We are very flexible in terms of rules, especially the younger ones, and with details like the persecution and the choice of equipment. But we still have a few good races, Kicking, catch, and shoot and burn a few calories. And as you can see from our photo, we played, even if it's a foot of snow on the ground (if you are going to do this, here's a tip: basic use of color, not white).
Playing in a league
Kickball is contagious: Many communities now have recreational leagues for adults only. Ask. Parks and rec or your community center Or if the world adult kickball association has a team in your area. Try joining a team with your spouse, brother, sister, best friend or neighbor.
