Guide Review - Couch to 5K program facilitates 5K App

Update, August 2013: The first time I checked the application to 5K Couch (couch to 5K then called today the ease 5K) more than three years. At this time, I thought it would be a one time thing: Use to start the program to run; A broker; a runner for life. But it turned out the way to the race was not linear. This application is easy to use without reading the manual; just download and go. There are some simple adjustments to turn on and off as if you mix the songs in the playlist or not, if you want a reminder that you are in the middle of training, and so on.

My desire for the application: I want to be able to return for stretching after training on a screen with instructions or suggestions. It is easy to forget to stretch after a run or to be about what to do and how long they keep. Because the application contains a time-controlled heating and cooling, it would be great if there was also the How-Tos section.

Once you have completed the training program for nine weeks, you can use the application to run maintenance of 30 or 45 minutes, with the order so that you know what you do in the time and distance, if you like. You can also register and track racing, even after completion of training.

For $ 2.99, this app is a great buy for beginners or those occasional riders like me. (You can find a version of this app for Android, I have not tried.) The two versions of the application a GPS function option for another 99 cents.

Sport and physical activity for children with autism

For children with autism, fitness is essential and difficult. About two-thirds of adolescents with autism spectrum disorders are overweight or obese, according to a study published in Finding Balance: Obesity and Children with special needs, in 2011 by AbilityPath.org, a community with special needs posted online. Halloween Games Babysitting movement

If you're hosting a Halloween party for children plan Halloween games to get the kids moving to burn more calories and energy coated high fructose sugar!

1 Freeze Monster Dance

Children need to eat three times a day, is just a fact of life! So parents who need a snack strategy. With a good supply of healthy snacks for kids, you can actually improve the diet of the family. My daughter first tried the flavored water in a field trip. She had forgotten her water bottle to school, and a friend gave him a bag with water generously with extra flavor. Then my daughter wanted their own water bags. But when I checked the label of the brand you had asked, I was surprised to find it loaded with sugar and corn syrup, high fructose. I found similar with much less sugar per serving and bought this brand.

But still, I prefer my children to drink water without artificial flavors or things in it, so I left Wat-Aah! These water bottles come in four varieties, each purified water with rigor (March 4 "flavors") some healthy as calcium and other travel electrolyte additives.

Wat-Aah packaging! It is designed to call the children (see product picture to see what I mean), and it really worked for my kids. You sipped the sample immediately and wanted to compare a taste test (Wat-Aah! brain) and "white race" (Wat-Aah! body) to have bottles of "Blue Gender". For the record, not the same as normal, tasting filtered water, but that my children did not stop them from their little science experiment.

The problem I have with Wat-Aah! is the same as bottled water (and juice boxes as well). In general, it is much better to make your own reusable bottle and fill it from your tap. This saves money and is much easier to land.

However, if your child is very resistant to water, Wat-Aah! It is a good alternative to calorie juices high in sugar and sports drinks.

Game 7-Up game

Parents and grandparents can remember childhood. To play the game at 7-Up, all you need is a smooth, flat surface (wall or floor) and an inflatable ball, like a tennis ball. If you have an open interior safe (excluding fragile items), you can even play 7-Up inside. Best of all, the children can play the game 7-Up just play, no need to rent an opponent or teammate.
Difficulty: Easy
Duration: 20-30 minutes

Here is how:

  1. Find a safe place to play. On the outside of a flat surface where you can safely bounce a small ball you need, like a tennis ball or a rubber ball. 7-Up game is traditionally played against a flat wall or a garage door. Brick or concrete works better than aluminum siding and a large room with no windows works best. But you can also play 7-Up game on the ground, if you do not have to use a good wall.
  2. The objective of the game is to hit the ball against the wall repeatedly bounce during the contest between the jumps. Skills are (but memory may vary!)
  3. Sevensies: Hit the ball against the wall seven times. Take the seventh time.
    Version without walls: Hit the ball on the ground seven times.
