How to Play Capture the Flag

Capture the Flag is a favorite game of garden offers a good combination of fun and exercise players. For three games, fifty-eight teams of all sizes.
Difficulty: Medium
Duration: 15-30 minutes

Here is how:

  1. Divide the players into two to four teams. Collect the flags shawls, scarves, old shirts, socks or bean bags all the work. You need one for each team, and should be of different colors.
  2. Share.'s Play area in the areas of equal size, one for each team Use chalk, cones, tape, or attractions such as trees or sidewalks, to mark boundaries. Put a flag in each area. You can usually hidden, but part of it is visible. Once set, the flag can not be moved from your local computer.
  3. When the game starts, the players try to cross the territories of the opposing team to take their flags.
  4. If a player is found on the territory of the opposing team, it can be conquered by the players on this team. If labeled, should run on the sideline and perform a task, say, five dolls or three attempts before returning to their own territory. (In some versions of captured players should be sent to "prison." But that means less physical activity, the strategy of "punishment" instead is recommended.)
  5. Every time a player crosses into the territory of his own team, which is safe and can not be detected.
  6. The game ends when one team successfully captured the flag (s) of the other team or teams and returned to his own territory.

Tips:

  1. Decide in advance how you treat the captured players and ensure that everyone knows the plan.
  2. Make a rule that teams are not too close, their standards to remain. One way to do this is to ban players within 10 feet of your own flag, unless the opposing player is available.
  3. Clear the area of all the risks (lawn tools, glass break) before the game.
