Rainy Day Activities for tweens and teens

Coming up with rainy day activities for young people is not easy. That's a different story with young children; You can run and jump and even do their tricycles inside if needed. But nothing works for lanky teenagers. These practical suggestions can help their teens and preteens exercise inside.
