Fitness in puberty

Organs (brain) and children in the puberty change quickly, which can quickly lead to questions discomfort or more serious body image. Regular physical activity can help you tweens and teens feel changed more control over your body. Exercise can also help children to cope with stress and puberty in order to maintain your weight (demand as their hormones that they add books). To make sure that your child is good with her body and fitness is important, however, to create a solid basis, long before puberty.

Boys and Puberty

During puberty, children can become more and increase your height with athletic muscle. Also, obese children can be encouraged to exercise more, but overweight children can be avoided because of shame physical activity.

Girls and Puberty

No wonder that puberty be a difficult time for the girls. People who develop early are ashamed of their curves and new status as sexual beings. Those later than their peers develop feel excluded. Weight gain associated with puberty, is normal, but let the girls are concerned, "Am I fat?"
